ABOUT YOUR 11 PLUS COACH
Esosa is a coach and the founder of Power House Academy, an organisation dedicated to coaching tutors and supporting parents nationwide on their unique 11+ journeys. Her own 11+ experience began in 2016 with her eldest son.
As a complete novice, she was determined to understand every aspect of the process and when she discovered how little support and information was available through the educational system, she took matters into her own hands and began tutoring her children herself. After successfully tutoring her two sons who got admission into grammar school, during the COVID-19 pandemic, friends began seeking her guidance, and when they too achieved remarkable results, Esosa realized her personal approach could help many more families. Drawing from her notes, insights, and real-life experiences, she developed a powerful framework for coaching parents and tutors preparing students for the 11+ exam.
As both a parent and a certified change practitioner, Esosa understands how significant this journey can be for families. She has seen first-hand the pressures it can bring—not just for children, but for parents as well. Her mission is to make the 11+ process smoother and more empowering, using her proven framework and practical toolkits to guide families step-by-step through exceptional tutoring service. Known for her dedication and holistic approach, Esosa ensures that everyone she works with receives the support they need to excel—not only in the exam but beyond it.
