a. **Coaching or Tutoring Services: by purchasing a package or session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of the service. Sessions must be paid for in advance and are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, detailed below. b. **Digital Products:** Upon purchase of a digital product (e.g., e-books, guides, worksheets, video courses, templates), you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any digital product.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you must provide us with accurate and complete billing and payment information. All fees are payable in the currency specified on the website. We use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions by completing a transaction.
a. **Coaching and Tutoring Services:** We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a tutoring session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. Refunds for pre-paid packages may be issued on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, at our sole discretion, minus a 15% administrative fee.
b. **Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, which are immediately accessible and downloadable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit your right to a cancellation and refund.**
For one-on-one tutoring or coaching sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.
To ensure service quality and for training and marketing purposes, we may record online tutoring sessions, webinars, and other live virtual interactions. By using our Service, you grant us the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, and publish any such recordings, which may include your voice and/or image, for promotional, marketing, and training materials in any media format now known or later developed. We will never use recordings in a deliberately misleading or derogatory context. If you wish to opt-out, you must notify us in writing prior to the session.
Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Company of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
We reserve the right to revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
